re: Ann: UCL:1.Takeover bid for Minemakers 2.... AD will need to pull a rabbit out of the hat as disillusioned shareholders (ie all of us) have a decision to make on who is going to add the most value from this point forward. The current management 'team' has been nothing but a burden to the share price and a leaky boat to the once ample funds we had in the warchest. To be honest, I am ready to give my shares across on two provisions:

1. Current management is removed from the asset of Wonarah.
2. Wonarah alone is spun off on a pro rata basis into an entity that is attractive in its own right for a simple takeover.

What worries me at this point is that MAK management will use our funds, not their own, to prop up the shareprice to defend the reverse takeover. Or course this is highly illegal. Be very careful if you think you can get away with this MAK ... I am reminded of the trading that preceded the initial $50 million raising that just got over the line with a late 'mysterious' buying burst.
