    re: Ann: UCL:1.Takeover bid for Minemakers 2.... The damage has been done. The current board have shown their ilk and their capacity both with MAK and the same directors in KEY. Its nothing personal, but they just aren't performing and they are receiving more than adequate remuneration for taking the shareprice backwards. $1 mill a quarter is unacceptable. Everyone else is taking a haircut.
