I'm not enjoying all this cash being spent on admin (directors, TO, etc.), but am hopeful that all this TO activity will shake things up and bring everything to a head, but still some weeks of this turmoil to go. I also still believe the initial offer by MAK for UCL allowed them to raise capital at a higher price than they would have been able to previously.
