    re: Ann: UCL:1.Takeover bid for Minemakers 2.... yep, bloody circus. all round, ucl&mak should have merged on good terms eariler. both boards have created this mess. offer is un-realistic and just making this mess bigger for both companies. atleast the first mak offer on ucl was a genine effort to put forward a realistic offer(yes it was opportunistic), but this ucl offer is just stupid.
