    re: Ann: UCL: Consideration for Bid for Bonap... With 44.4% in MAK's hands it's probably immaterial re 9:1 offer. UCL holders will almost certainly have to wait and see what the company decides about working with MAK who they, probably understandably, feel they can't trust.
