Unfortunately shareholders in general dont really care about the welfare of a company or if its their only project .They only care about whether they can make money at an acceptable risk .In this case MAK reduces the risk for BON holders ,and will make much more in the long run ,as it wont be diluted to a tenth of its worth by greedy instos .
