I concur with you view. If MAK had NOT made the bid then the price of BON could have possibly recovered 8-10c , especially on good news when market sentiment looked like it was beginning to change.
It is highly likely that MAK will take control of BON thus linking BONs share price to the offer ie the price of MAK. 1/10th
There is also a change that UCL will go down and MAK could acquire the lot for next to nothing.
MAK holders will be rejoicing
