re: Ann: UCL: UCL Resources Rebuffs Minemaker... ucl director will be out of a job, of course they won't recommend the offer. what about and independent report?? won't do one of those as you can bet they would find the offer fair and reasonable. poor form imo straight out rejecting the offer with no independent report, they own bugger all shares so only looking after there jobs imo.
ucl directors have milked the company with massive pay packet over the years atleast mak has got rid of the bulk of them. last md was on $600k, don't know what the current one is getting.
