I can only presume it is cloaked by commercial in confidence discussions. If I was to guess at anything I would punt on resolution on how the JV would be to be managed but that's just a hunch on that being the usual crunch point on JVs. All I've been aware of is that the shareholder's agreement hadn't been released yet despite it being quite some time since the original MOU and also quite a lot of activity being conducted together.
