RDH share price will be back over $2 once the borders reopen, so I don't see a potential equivalent $1.3 holding in UCW to be that remarkable.
More importantly as a long term holder, I hold RDH in part because of the quality of the management. I feel very differently about UCW.
I have no enthusiasm for this little cash-grab whatsoever and will be voting 'no'.
