Asoutlined in our release to the ASX this morning, the initial value of thecontract is $2.8M over 3 years, which covers the implementation of MiyaPrecision, together with Miya Access, Miya Command, Miya Emergency and MiyaFlow modules which will commence immediately. UHS then has the option to addany of the other Alcidion modules at any point without further contractingneeded. It is UHS desire to move to a full EPR as quickly as possible.
Thecontract also includes options to take up additional Alcidion modules,including the Patient Administration System (PAS), as UHS builds a ModernModular EPR. If all options were taken up, the total contract value could reach$13.8M over a four-year period. This is the first contract to include theacquired PCS software since the Silverlink acquisition was announced and wevery pleased with this validation of PCS as an additional capability that wasneeded to allow us to win contacts for a full EPR. This contract demonstratesthe value of our modular approach where a customer can create a contractmechanism that allows them to implement a full EPR as the funds are available.With the Miya platform as the orchestration layer Alcidion is creating a solidfoundation to build the EPR and provide further recurring revenue.
Giventhe potential value of the contract, the inclusion of the PAS and thedemonstration this provides of our ability to provide a modular, modern EPR,Alcidion is both impressed and excited by this new customer contract andbelieves that our shareholders should be too.
