On the 19th of Oct their ANN showed a nice flare from Jaws and everyone was happy.
72 hours later their ANN was released about the takeover of UIL.
To hint at the possibility that the board was being disingenuous is unfounded IMO.
As per the Cr. Do we really know that its "under water"?
Outside of an admitted post problem there has been nothing stated that it isn't, hasn't or wont work.
I'm all for an update on JAWS and we are due, BUT we are not over due.
