Some perspective is needed here......$13M was raised at 11.5c. That's locked in - not going anywhere - cheques cashed already. Now everyone's getting fired up about the $5M SPP do-ability at 11.5c. I reckon if there was institutional interest/take-up 4 weeks ago at 11.5c, why wouldn't that interest still be around to pick up any shortfall in the SPP?
Current SP is transient at best...institutionals play the long game, not the day-trader game.
