Yes there was an issue.
BUT IT HAS BEEN DEALT WITH.
The pressure is being felt because JAWS is the real reason most of us are here and its being clouded by this takeover and cash raising at the same time.
If this is what the pressure on SH is like imagine what management must have been like over the past 2 weeks.
Yet it looks like they have done what they needed to steer the ship right.
Problem with JAWS? Fix it and move on.
Problem with SPP paperwork? Extend it and move on.
Its hard on all. Just hold your nerve and hopefully it will all come out roses in the end.
