Like I said tho, it’s not this year, or majority of next years problem.
Consolidation is the only option for any company with the amount of shares on issue and a long term plan.
It’s also the best way to limit the pump and dump cycle and price manipulation that one can control with under $50k of stock that people keep whinging about that happens everywhere.
Will never stop it, but will make it harder.

But in regards to “funding”, MXC and full Malta construction through to being fully operational will be completed through the upcoming LSE raise.
