Also be aware that Car Park Operators are not flavour of the month in the UK at the moment. Legislation is in both English and Scottish Parliaments to tighten up regulation of operators.
I think this company is facing significant headwinds at the moment. I was a holder but luckily sold out a month or so ago. I honestly can't say if the current price factors in all of the negative headwinds or not, but I am inclined to stay out of the way until the smoke clears.
