It probably should be fundamentally a very strong business .

I question that it is ?

Its a question of " is the business worth any where near the market cap of the entity" .... which stands at $160 mill approx .

IF they tried to put the business to the market to sell right now ...I reckon 10 cents a share would be top money ( regardless of todays events & excluding the cash in the bank ) ..... so that equates to approx 13 cents a share .

Trouble is , the space they operate in is extremely competitive

For the industry they are in the NTA per share is quite low - the PE very high

Cash in the bank sure ....... about 3 cents per share - only

Value of operating businesses ....who knows

Strength of management ....who knows

Internal management accounting and revenue / cost center segmented reporting ...who knows


Ability to write beautifully presented documents
