    Could easily have been America is bankrupt (which is true)...

    Still, US economy is very important to the rest of the world.

    Several countries in Europe has powerful economies even though they have to borrow to sustain quality of life for their citizens.

    Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Sweden etc etc.

    Just my 2 cent's worth ...
