I came to the same conclusion about the break even on 5,000 scripts a month. The cost of sales is more than the receipts from income before taking into account anything else.

The unknowns from the cash flow report are:
1. Payment terms of customers, and how much is outstanding.
2. What other expenses are they not paying? I have a hunch that their unpaid creditors will be huge. Always is in distressed companies and it does not show on the cashflow statement. Looks like they are paying for what they have to for materials and not much else.
