Another point is that MGC purported to and did acquire on 11 August (?) unmarketable parcels of shares valued at under $500 on 19 June 2020 for 0.024c. There were people who overlooked the email sent to shareholders on 22 June advising that if they did not complete a form sign and return it advising yes/no to this action, they would by default lose their unmarketable holding. This outrageous condition is unconscionable as for one thing it leaves open the possibility that the SP could have risen to anything at all by 11 August, even hypothetically $1.00 a share just for arguments sake. The parcels of shares held on 19 June deemed unmarketable on that date valued at .024c could be acquired by MGC for .024c even though they were on 11 August (hypothetically) valued at $1.00 !! They could hypothetically acquire 20,000 shares valued at $1.00 in August for .024c being 19 June SP - $15k approx profit brokerage free too ! haha.. they seem to think brokerage fee free is a big deal !! That is their predatory nature. This is making me a little angry just thinking about it.
