At what point will they announce to their shareholders the likely damages payable to ISX.

Also what consequences would ASX suffer for failing to announce damages would occur as it is quite apparent to ISX shareholders at this point in time that they may need to pay up.

Is it reasonable to say we never anticipated damages would be payable when many ISX shareholders already anticipate a payout in favour of ISX.

Our SP would be powering forward so strongly right now and as shareholders we have lost so much potential value. Our portfolios are held back by this suspension and I hope for all of us the judge finds in ISX’s favour so we can claim our losses.

Hopefully your right, I also think ASX will lose the case. The validation in the UK is huge and shows the potential is still recognised and trusted overseas, despite the dubious domestic situation. If this opens again with a clean bill of health, we should have a sharp catch up.
