I don’t think AJL have a hope in hell of getting much back. Maybe a refund of their licence fees if it is officially banned, but given that the moratorium
appears to have resulted from Cuadrilla’s fracking at PNR they are probably the least likely to succeed in any claim IMO.
Fracking is literally and metaphorically toxic - no sane politician would support it in the UK, which is why you are having to rely on the extremists of Nyet Zero Watch. You have to realise they represent only a fringe of political thought and influence here and the neo-liberal free marketeers are much diminished in influence since Truss’s rash plans made contact with reality.
It really would be a serious mistake to pump money into something hoping they have enough power to make the earth move for you.
