On the other hand, if the 535181 people in the local community hate fracking so much then each local could pay £530 (A$1000) and the boroughs can launch a half a billion dollar takeover bid of AJ Lucas for 40 cents per share. As a shareholder, I would happy with 40 cents per share. I think it would be fair for locals to get £53253 per person as compensation for fracking or pay £530 each to stop fracking.
On the other hand, if the 535181 people in the local community...
