Not a good announcement at all. I think the worst part for NWE is that they have relinquished this and not been able to farm it out/down or actually sell it. I think this is the worse possible result.

Brings into question the value of other NWE assets when they have just relinquished this one after investing much time and money on it. No point listing your assets if you give them up at the end of the day without a dime.

I can't see an investment case to go near this one at all. The news has been all grim and false hope since October 2012 in my opinion.
