    I'm sorry holders but this is a shocker.

    NWE acquired 2D seismic in October 2013, performed reprocessing, and now doesn't have enough time to prove up a prospect and farmout the permit.

    Talk about wasting shareholder funds! In October 2013 the company would have known about the drill/drop decision and this is a true failure of project management.

    Someone should be held accountable for this.
