To get a $1 sp we need a market cap of just over $900m which equates to roughly $23m annual rev on a PE ratio of 40 (which I believe would be fair).

It all depends on how the next 6 months plays out, but It seems a pretty strong indicator from this hire that the Co. is gunning for an NHS deal similar to what we got from the Aussie Govt (possibly better) as well as a good connection to BUPA (who are massive players). We know that NZ and Japan are in play with the later having a huge potential market for our product, larger than any other market we've seen so far (not including the sum total of Europe which we can't forget about). Add to these Canada which we know from reports are in the sights of Management. If the co. can nail deals down in all these markets over the next half a year we should see that revenue relatively easily.

Then there is FDA, the Childrens app (which will have been trialed and tested by that time, and if all good will see some potential priced into to sp) and possibly an increase in Government funding (from $5 up to $10m). Due to a forward thinking market I'd be pretty confident that even if we were sub $1 or there abouts by March, that this period in the co. we should be seeing a good re-rate to a much higher sp.
