Cuadrilla already proved and said to the government their predicted max magnitude of earthquakes is 3.1M and the recent BEIG review agreed that the max magnitude for rupturing unseen fault in Cuadrilla licence can be predicted. Cuadrilla only ask the government to lift the seismic level limit to the same as other industries. But the Government is putting a blanket moratorium on fracking based on the lack of data on seismic 3D mapping in other basin. Mu understanding is earthquakes prediction model by Cuadrilla data and BSG studies are working for purpose because of the data collected by Cuadrilla and their 3D seismic mapping.
