Have to ask the question as to how you know what the company is "fully aware of" or not?
The company's obligation under asx rules is constant disclosure.
AJL have been dismissive of their retail base for too long. They only care about average punters when they need to raise capital.
Saying that "everybody is doing their own research, so we don't have to tell them anything " is nonsense.
