The difference is our company incl. the CEO has no power. I am convinced RRE calls the shots and to me it is irrelevant what Chris Lewis says or means. He has absolutely no reason to halt Phase 1, and his apparent annoyance is likely because he cannot call the shots.
We wont see much activity until after the election I think. If common sense prevails we will see Phase 1 commence. Hopefully sooner than later.
