In theory it makes sense what you say however in reality HHR wont have the funds to delay 12 months its project waiting for what Labour do or dont do. In reality HHR could easily fall of the cliff and this project energy and money spent is cactus.
I see nothing positive, what a shame HHR arnt giving some sort of news about their clear plans and costs to navigate from here a direction, we a re left guessing. That Clewis imo took us all for a ride knowing he has nothing to lose, we have virtually lost the lot - FACT
A share trades at this point for good reason, in our case this is virtualy not a going concern sp wise
