Why would RRE not try to fast track Phase 1? If I understand it correctly the policy change from Labour would be after Phase 1 completion, no? Or is the tax relief based on completion rather than investment? You said you calculated a viable cash flow. Did you include any thing else than Phase 1?
I don't see cash flow changes to the project beside the core price of gas when they go to production.
