The quarterly recently published shows actual cash which is a standard requirement for ASX reporting. The recent announcement refers to net cash, ie including payables. Its hard to know if the difference is the money actually spent since Dec 31 since some or all of that may be JV committments yet to be spent (but a liability nevertheless). The half year will tell us more.
