I award your optimism guys, ASIC normally don't care about misconduct from exploration companies as its not their forte and they're underreported so take the easiest clear cut win cases possible.

I reported a company last year when they reported what was later described as "misread" nickel assays from the lab by a factor of 5000% across multiple drills on widths of 20-80m. They didn't even explain it or take accountability, just released a giant file of raw data from the lab.

Was down 60k on that trade, ASIC pretty much told me they don't care, so honestly I can see why they do it. knowing they'll make a mint and get away with it.

Best of luck hopefully you get a better response, i know they're under threat of a royal commission so maybe times have changed.
