    was the CEO when US Military given Grant to IPX for 11 Mil and US adopted Policy to Develop South America as EV + REE Exploration hub. Earth Moving and Material handling equipment grant given to Brazil + Argentinian Miners from Catalyst and other US Companies through US Govt.

    Now Todd H is Executive Director @ BRE.. DYOR
