i have been in and out of 88e for a while now.
Ultimately the reason for the crazy SOI is through cap raisings, farm outs and joint ventures.
DW is an amazing salesman if nothing else, and has always managed to find someone willing to put in more money for shares at some stage of the line as we go.
i would like to see the registry tighten, but doubt that it will any time soon..
