    Me too Oilleak. Despite the apparent poor performance, I've booked a 10% pa return (capital and income) since 2016. Keep up the good work AEG. Feel like all the hard work is done. Feels great to be market neutral atm. We might see that premium to NTA soon enough as not many sellers. Do you think the dividend might be increased?
