The founders were sellers at 75c/share. That was the tell. Not what someone was doing last Friday. Unfortunately, the writing was on the wall for these guys when they started their downgrade cycle. The market cap here is quite ridiculous for what this business is. No one should be paying $150m for a contracting business doing ~$35m/year that spends all its cash flow buying lottery tickets.
