Just who did the plant evaluation last time that this time there is so much written down?
Please, please, tell me it wasn't an inside company person.
If not, isn't anyone of the management team able to exercise some critical analysis and hold all advice to the fire .. or were the numbers suitable for the task because they met expectations?
At this point there are many adjectives that could have the "in" and "un" prefix applied to describe PGI. For starters - unparalleled, readers can can consider others .. but wise to keep to yourself.
