I just had a good read of the terms of use, defamation and code of conduct documents on HC. It appears that Clacko post was not in breach of anything as he pointed to information contained in the report released by the company and referred to ASX rules and laws.
Hot copper is now over stepping itself and is stopping freedom of speech on a public forum, this is very serious and I think Hot copper needs to be reported to the ASX and ASIC as a public listed company which is also trading on the market.
They are now interfering with freedom of individuals. This is not reflective of the society or nation we live in. We should also take action against Hot Copper
