This is just the fall out from the Charlie Bontempo's reign...… in terms of market cap, I still believe it should be closer to the $10M mark when you compare to PGX, VMX (30M Market cap and $9.0M NPBT). To me the market cap should be equivalent to NTA (whatever that is)

Really, things started to go south the minute Dick Wright fell ill and passed away leaving Charlie and Max to run the show, the good years TPP had were from the previous management who left soon after Max was appointed... It will take some time to recover-the only good thing they have is hopefully some cash left over from the good years and the ability of Guido to raise money.

With the non cash impairments, looks like their electrical acquisitions didn't work out that well.. I only found this out not too long ago, but the founder of the KP electric business they acquired left soon after the acquisition.... hmmm surprised that wasn't announced.

It seems the previous board and leaders have been found out... though oi Still believe Guido should be able to turn this around.
