Assuming the big cross wasn't ABI I think, at the very least, we can rule out compulsory acquisition so this isn't over by a long shot. It'll be interesting to see if there's a counter offer made. As for the directors recommendation, it would be a bit rich for them to advise selling given the recent $1.15 float and their upbeat outlook. I think they'll reject the offer.
