    Cant see what intelligent respnse can be provided given the low-ball nature of the bid.

    Anwa, game over. They now have over 50% with todays volume. In the boardroom they will look after their own interests and with their exercise of control I am concerned that even if they cant move to outright ownership they might divert funds away from divvies to shareholders and instead apply them towards market building initiatives planned for the US market that mention was made of before .
