Those 3 remaining large minority shareholders mentioned earlier hold the key given they have 26.5%. If they hold out, it might prompt Coliseum to make a higher bid in order get above the 75% for compulsory takeover. You would think these 3 groups would figure its a low ball bid, so might play hard to get unless the bid is sweetened.
