They have stated they will want to delist the company it in the bidder's statement. On page 19 they have stated they want the board to review the suitability of staying listed. With the number of shares they hold it looks a real possibility that after the takeover Pas may delist...
If you check the last takeover launched it takes the board time before they can give an opinion as legal advisers and Investment managers give recommendations to the board before they can offer their opinion. They can't just come out and say it a low ball offer without review although we all know it is.
Unfortunately as they majority shareholder now, we're at their mercy..
