This has to be a joke. Its an absolute insult to all shareholders. Last takeover was at 63 c and they could not get past 50%. Sure, retail is on the nose at the moment and I see this as an opportunistic bid at a dirt cheap price in he prevailing conditions. For Gods sake, a couple of cents above the current share price. An offer at 60c plus might be successful in lifting them above 50% , 65-70 cents would likely get them 100%. I will treat this offer with the contempt it deserves. My guess is they will have to lift their bid eventually , but if they think 55c will get them there for example they would be kidding themselves.
