    If its a contractor and we were to apply Australian guidelines to the situation, MML is responsible of making sure that contractors meet their minimum safety requirements to work on site and if met, contractors are responsible for their own people.

    If contractors do not meet MML's minimum safety requirements then MML is responsible.
