Yes ...of course pump stations will be required. But its also noticed (whilst very sad) that the persons that passed away were contractors ....so the question remains what responsibility rests with the primary contractor. I take on board your comments as an outsider of the company - your opinion seems to be at odds with insiders that have already brought shares in the company - some of which purchased their shares at a higher level.
