im seriously scratching my head why the market is this apprehensive. sure, any deal is not in the bag until its signed, sealed and delivered but why this heavy a discount? you could argue, there should be a speculative premium factored into the sp given the outperformance of gold in recent times.

if its a credibility issue i am unaware why? mtc have already proven through wr1 they are capable of accumulating quality assets. my impressions of gino d'anna is that he is extremely switched on, motivated and has skin in the game.
