If the sale goes through, we wouldn't need any CR but I don't believe current offer is good enough given the project location, resource quantity and quality and the current gold price. A CR in the form of SPP or Right share offering would be better.
In my opinion, some entity is out there working pretty hard to keep the sp at their target price until their objective achieved. Unless retail force see the full potential and start buying heavily, sp will remain at this level. But I am confident, once the break is off the pedal, this will fly. All in my opinion.
