I am very happy to see management is raising $1m by SPP instead of from institutional CR. I am not sure if the management has read my post or they came up with this by their own but either way I am happy.
This SPP will definitely provide management enough time to deal with the sale process while keeping the lights on.
Also expecting a second bid to drop any time given that the all planned site visits are now completed. A second bid for the project might create a bidding war which will be highly beneficial for share price.
My target share price at this stage is $1 or above and I am holding tight until we have finalised the sale.
